Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, Madonna, and Placebo are some of my favorites because their videos are original, and things actually HAPPEN.
I hate boring music videos, I almost feel insulted by them. If I spend money on your CD’s and concerts and if you’re rich and famous, you’d better at least make the effort to have a damn cool video.
The absolute worst have got to be Natalie Imbruglia and James Blunt — whiny music and nothing ever happens except a bunch of closeups of their lame faces. UGH. References :
