I found a way to get prices from showcases that are held in various sections of the U.S. Take for instance the Rocky Mountain Showcase, held in Denver for all the years I was in, would have major acts get represented by agencies like William Morris agency. At these show cases large vendors like, State Fairs, Convention centers etc. would book the acts. Try getting some price quotes through talent agencies.
