What would make CC …
What would make CC even greater would be to see them bring back the Sampling license, which is the derivative-only license. I know there’s people that don’t like the idea of not being able to pass on an entire work (cry me a river), but it is one more choice a creator should have.

The FRA law is …
The FRA law is really really bad but not just quite as you described. It recently changed so that every monitoring attempt must be approved by a court and not be available to the Police force nor the Secret Service SÄPO, after huge massive criticism from almost the hole country.
I’m ashamed of being Swedish.
