As we all know, every single AMV artist must have a video with Evanescence and / or “Bring Me to Life”… This will be mine. I worked with Adobe Premiere for the first time in my entire life, but it turned out that my file was too big for Youtube. I had to lower the quality and the sound got slightly messed up… Anyways, enjoy!

I find tons of music videos that I can play (streaming) online. I would like to be able to purchase them and download to play on my iPod (I have a video iPod) or PC when not online. iTunes have a few, but not very many.
Or do music artists make videos, but don’t sell them all?
The videos I would like to download are copyrighted material, and even according to LimeWire’s web site, this is still illegal to share. "LimeWire is legal software, but it is illegal for you to use LimeWire to share copyrighted files without permission." (http://www.limewire.com/about/copyright.php)
why buy them when you can download them for free?!
all you need is to download limewire from www.limewire.com and then you can download songs, clips and full movies too.

I see lots of music videos on YouTube where the music is paying with a picture of the singer. I would love to make one, since i can’t find the original music video by this artist. But, I don’t want someone trying to sue me later.
If you use music that has been recorded by a professional artist or play it yourself from memory or sheet music as a copy, then upload it, you can be found libel of copyright enfringment. Also, if the owner of the copyright complains to YouTube, you can be banned and lose the site.
This video is dedicated to my dad who is a real hendrix fan and who now teaches me playing the guitar… wish I had hendrix’ talent!

Many don’t have the right, but they allow it anyway (YouTube), however ITunes is totally authorized because they arrange business deals with record companies
