I want to start listening to trance music but I don’s know of any really good artists or albums to get. I’ve listened to some Infected Mushroom on youtube but I think their album art is disturbing. I see people make homage videos to artist on youtube. But when I tryed it told me i was copyright infringing. How do people post those videos? What makes them legal? How do they download old videos etc? I’m trying to post a video but can’t find any legal music?

There could be several reasons why the other videos are not taken down.

#1. The copyright holder has not found out that they infringed on their copyrights.

#2. The material is being used under the fair use.

#3. The music is not copyrighted (not all music is copyrighted).
