Who are some Japanese artists/bands that make J-pop techno music that sounds similar to Kotoko?

I saw this video about 2 years ago so it’s very vague to me.

The video has a female singer who I think sang country music. She looked like Carrie Underwood, but I don’t remember if it was her exactly. I also think she was wearing an bright orange skirt.

At the beginning of the music video, she walks off the beach to a very busy beach pier, then at the end of the video, it pans out when she reaches the end of the pier.

Does anyone know what song or artist this is? Thanks for reading!

I want to start getting into classical music but I know nothing about it (the popular people in it or what ever)

It wasn’t for his music but hers. Also while she sang she played a stripper and he was watching her. The song was something about liking bad boys. Can’t find any info on it anywhere on the web. Only a big fan would have know about it since his name was nowhere on the video itself.

I thought music artists were meant to be anti establishment and for the people? Does this mean the message in their music is promoting the establishment?
